Occasions
A birthday dinner nobody has to drive home from.
The fortieth, the sixtieth, the seventy-fifth with three generations at one table — Maui birthdays happen in villas, and the best version does not involve a set menu or a two-hour table limit.
How the evening runs
A menu call a week out — the guest of honor’s favorites, the dietary flags, the cake plan. On the night: canapés as the light turns, a coursed or family-style dinner, and a kitchen left clean while dessert is still on the table.
Formats and prices
- Signature dinner for the group — $150–$250 a guest, groceries inside the band
- Date night for two — from $500, coursed, timed to sunset
- Premium and chef’s-table tiers — $190–$400+ a guest for the big round numbers
Good to know
We do not do surprise-party logistics theater, but we do coordinate arrivals quietly with your family. Kids’ early plates keep the youngest guests from melting down mid-toast.
Questions, answered
Yes — that is the staffed signature format: the chef, a server or two at $55/hr, and family-style or plated service depending on the house.
Dessert courses, absolutely — lilikoi finishes are a Maui signature. Structural celebration cakes we refer to specialist bakers and serve alongside dinner.
