Occasions
Twenty years in, dinner should not involve a reservation app.
Your chef cooks the meal you talked about on the flight over, in the villa, at the hour the light is right. Anniversary service is the date-night format at its best: from $500 for two, coursed, unhurried.
The evening
The menu call happens days before — the dish from your first trip, the bottle you have been saving, the dietary flag nobody mentions at restaurants. Dinner runs at the sunset’s pace, not a kitchen’s ticket times.
For the whole family’s anniversary
When the anniversary belongs to the parents and the whole clan is in the house, the format scales: a signature family dinner at $150–$250 a guest, with a quieter coursed table for two the following night.
What is included
- Menu design around your history and flags
- Same-day shopping, Maui-farm-first sourcing
- Plated coursed service for two, or family-style for the house
- 20% service and GET on their own lines; the quote is the total
Questions, answered
Send the description or a photo of the menu and the chef will build the anniversary version — that is one of the best briefs we get.
Golden hour is the default. We set first course to the season’s light; winter sunsets run earlier than summer’s.
