Occasions
Ask at sunset. Dinner is already handled.
The best proposal dinners we run share a structure: the question lands at golden hour on the lawn or the lānai, and dinner — coursed, private, already cooked steps away — absorbs everything after the yes.
How it is staged
The chef and server arrive while you are “on a walk.” The table is set at the sunset edge; champagne you supplied is cold. The question happens on your timing — we are invisible until you wave us in, and dinner begins when you are ready.
What from $500 covers
- Menu design around the two of you — including “her favorite” as the entire brief
- A private coursed dinner for two, served at your pace
- Coordination with your photographer on light and timing
- A kitchen left spotless — the only evidence is the ring
Honest boundaries
We do not sell proposal packages, arches, or photography — planners and photographers own those crafts, and we will refer good ones. Beach proposals follow the DLNR rules: no structures, small footprints.
Questions, answered
That is the job. Communication stays on your channel of choice, arrival is staged while you are out, and nothing about the evening reads as a setup until the table does.
Every proposal quote names a weather backup — usually the covered lānai, which at candlelight loses nothing.
