Every Maui bachelorette week has one night where nobody wants to get ready, drive, or shout over a bar tab. That is the villa night: grazing boards, a coursed dinner, or both — from $150 a guest.
The two formats
- Pūpū and grazing — the long, loose evening: boards, passed bites, a lilikoi-forward dessert table
- The coursed dinner — signature service at $150–$250 a guest, plated, with the toast timed to sunset
The bar question
The packaged bar cart runs from $800 per four hours with mixers and garnish programs; alcohol is client-supplied or via licensed referral — we do not sell alcohol, and the quote states the compliant setup.
The morning after
The quiet hero of the bachelorette week is the recovery brunch: late morning, island fruit, eggs and ʻulu hash, coffee that keeps coming. Ten to forty guests, inside the published lines.
Questions, answered
Within taste — menu themes and table styling cues, yes; costumes and props, that is your department. The food will be the part everyone posts.
Six to sixteen is typical for the villa format. Larger groups move to staffed catering service, same published per-guest lines.
