Occasions
December on Maui books first. The quote holds your date.
The December 22 to January 1 villa week is Maui’s most compressed demand window of the year — the island’s biggest houses fill, and so does our calendar. Holiday service is the full product line, booked early and held by the written quote.
The holiday formats
- The holiday dinner — the full traditional table or a Maui-ized version, from $150 a guest
- Stay Chef holiday weeks — from $1,050 a day across the whole window
- Provisioning runs timed to arrival — the fridge stocked before the airport run
- New Year’s Eve dinners — coursed, timed to midnight with your bottles
Why early matters
Peak-season lead times on Maui run two to four weeks in normal months; the Christmas–New Year window compresses to whoever wrote first. A 50% deposit locks the date — but only a date that is still open.
The honest note on holiday pricing
Any holiday surcharges are published ahead of the season on the peak-calendar page — not invented in the quote. The fee stack stays the fee stack: 20% service, GET up to 4.7120%, their own lines.
Questions, answered
As early as you can — the window fills months out. The written quote with a 50% deposit is what holds a date; an inquiry alone does not.
Yes — the full roast-bird table, or a Maui version built on local fish and canoe crops, or both across the week. Menus finalize in writing before the date.
