The villa party is the format Maui’s houses were built for: doors open to the lānai, pūpū circulating, the bar cart on the lawn. We staff 10–75 guests — and the host actually attends.
The formats
- Pūpū and grazing — the standing party, boards and passed bites
- Chef-attended stations — the grill station, the poke-and-rice station, the dessert landing
- Family-style or buffet — when the party wants to sit eventually
The crew
Servers at $55/hr and sous chefs at $75/hr on four-hour floors, scaled one server per 10–12 guests. The bar cart from $800/4hr covers mixers, garnish, and service — alcohol is yours or via licensed referral.
The after
The service ends with the house reset: kitchen clean, rentals stacked for pickup, lānai cleared. The only evidence should be the photos.

Rentals — tables, linens, glassware — yes, coordinated into the quote. Music and DJs we refer to professionals; our lane is food, drink service, and the reset.
