Whale season — December to May
Humpbacks winter in the ʻAuʻau Channel between Maui and Lānaʻi — which is to say, behind your Wailea or Kāʻanapali dinner table. Peak villa occupancy tracks the whales; so does our calendar. Book the season early.
The wedding months
Hawaiʻi weddings concentrate in May, July, and October, and Maui’s estate venues follow. Wedding-week contracts follow venue clocks — when the venue books, write to us the same week.

April–June and September–November pair the island’s calmest booking calendar with some of its best weather. Planners’ consensus picks for value: September, March, and May. The rate card does not change; availability does.
Weather by coast
Leeward Wailea and Kāʻanapali stay dry through most of the year; the North Shore and Upcountry run greener and wetter. Every outdoor service carries a named backup in the quote regardless of coast.
