THE WEDDING WEEK · MAUI

Why one contract beats five vendors.
One quote, one deposit
The week writes as a single written quote — the confirmed total — with every event itemized. A 50% deposit holds the week.
One crew, learned once
The same servers and sous chefs follow the week from welcome dinner to recovery brunch. The dietary map is written on day one and never re-explained.
One shopping rhythm
Menus across five events share sourcing — Maui farmers and fishers first, groceries at cost with receipts, nothing bought twice.
Weather and the permit
Every outdoor event names its covered backup in the quote. Beach ceremonies run under the DLNR permit — roughly 20 people, no structures — and the estate holds everything else.
ILLUSTRATIVE MATH ON PUBLISHED RATES
60 guests: welcome $9,000 + rehearsal $4,500 + reception $12,000 + brunch $6,000 = $31,500 in food lines
Before staffing, 20% service, and GET up to 4.7120% — each on its own line. The resort alternative starts at $7,500–$15,000 F&B minimums per event with 23–25% service; the five-point gap on this week is $1,575.

Questions, answered
From $150 a guest per event plus staffing. The worked 60-guest example totals $31,500 in food lines across four events before staffing, 20% service, and GET — against resort F&B minimums of $7,500–$15,000 per event at 23–25% service.
No — each meal is its own line and can stand alone. The week simply prices, plans, and crews better as one contract, and the family never meets a stranger on day four.
We do — directly. Estate venues like Olowalu and Kukahiko book through approved planners; we work inside that channel and flag vendor-list fees (Haiku Mill’s is $650) before you commit.
Every outdoor event carries a named backup in the quote. Force-majeure events reschedule rather than forfeit — that posture is written into the proposed terms pending counsel review.
Plan the week
The button is not “Book now.” You tell us the table; we send a written quote — and that quote is the confirmed total.
