Weddings
The morning after, fed properly.
The recovery brunch is the wedding week’s secret best meal: ten to forty survivors, late morning, island fruit and strong coffee, every story from the night before retold over seconds. Nobody on Maui prices it. We do.
The format
Late-morning service at the villa or estate where everyone is staying. The spread runs generous and unfussy — fruit, eggs, ʻulu hash, pastries, poke for the brave — with coffee that keeps coming and nobody’s name on a place card.
Why it belongs in the contract
The day-after brunch is where Maui’s wedding-week pattern actually ends — resorts market “farewell brunches” and caterers mention them, but nobody prices the meal. Inside our week contract it is a line item with a number, not a gesture.
Practical notes
- 10–40 guests, service window typically 9:30–noon
- Per-guest pricing within the published wedding lines plus staffing
- The crew is the same one from the reception — they already know the kitchen
- Mimosas are your bottles; the juice program is ours
Questions, answered
Inside the published per-guest wedding lines plus staffing on the hourlys — the written quote names the figure, and the 20% service and GET sit on their own lines as always.
Yes — island fruit, taro and ʻulu bases, and coconut make plant-based brunch one of the strongest menus we run.
