Where we serve, where we quote, where we say no.
The coverage truth in three tiers: where the published rate card holds as-is, where a published travel line applies, and where we quote at inquiry — or decline — with the reason attached.
Base zones — no travel line
Wailea, Mākena, Kīhei, Kāʻanapali, Nāpili–Honokōwai–Kahana, and Kapalua. The two resort corridors carry the published card exactly as written.
Surcharge zone — published
Kula, Makawao, and Upcountry: travel from $75, on its own line. The drive and the cold chain are a real cost; publishing it beats burying it.
Quote-only zones — with reasons
Pāʻia and Haʻikū: quoted at inquiry because the honest number depends on the event’s provisioning pattern. Hāna: mention-only — two-plus hours each way means we quote reluctantly or decline. A “no” with a reason is a coverage policy; a “yes” we cannot crew is not.
