How a Kīhei booking runs.
South Kīhei Road condos and two-story townhomes, not a hotel-zoned sunset stage. The usual ask is a family week: shared platters, kids eating with the adults, a kitchen that works even when the counters are short. We write the galley limit before anyone shops.
Signature stays $225–$375 a guest — groceries inside that band. Stay Chef from $1,550 a day bills groceries at cost with receipts. After either line: 20% service and Hawaiʻi GET up to 4.712%. A 50% deposit holds the date. Gratuity is never required. The Maui card does not shrink because the house is a condo.
Load-in is a condo stall and an HOA quiet-hours note, not a porte-cochère. We shop Foodland, Azeka, and Piʻilani the morning of service. Compact townhome galleys get a bring-equipment menu when the cooktop is real. Hotel rooms without a range are declined.
