This is not a resort communal chef’s table. It is your villa, your guest list, a menu designed that week. Sunset on the lānai is the usual ask; we write a covered backup before a deposit because South Maui wind is a Tuesday, not a surprise.
Signature sits at $225–$375 a guest — groceries inside that band. Date Night from $750+, Family Feast, and wedding-week lines live on the same Maui card. Stay Chef is the villa-week cook from $1,550 a day with groceries at cost and receipts. They never blend.
We stage out of South Maui and shop Kīhei / Wailea the day of service. You pick the catch; the plate follows the boat when the boat is real. Hotel rooms without a cooktop in the resort belt are declined.
