What we are
A network of vetted independent chefs serving Maui’s villas, estates, and venues — Wailea and Mākena to Kapalua, Upcountry by arrangement. The network model means a bench: your booking is backed by more than one pair of hands.
What we believe
That pricing should be published, fees itemized, and honesty a feature rather than a risk. Maui’s market hides its numbers; we put ours on the rate card, and we buy from Maui farmers, fishers, and ranchers first.
What we are not
Not a restaurant group, not a marketplace of anonymous bids, and not a review farm. Where imagery on this site is illustrative, it is labeled as such by policy — no invented chef portraits, no fake testimonials, no staged “team” photos.
The network
myCHEF Hawaii runs four island teams — Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, Big Island — under one standard and one fee-stack discipline. Sister networks operate the same model abroad.
