The offsite dinner is the part they remember.
Maui offsites live in villas and resort buyouts, and the dinners make or break the week. We run staffed team dinners and multi-day tables for 10–75 — itemized so cleanly your finance team will notice.
The offsite formats
- The anchor dinner — plated or family-style, $150–$250 a guest
- Multi-day tables — breakfast, working lunch, dinner across a leadership week
- The casual night — pūpū, grazing, and the bar cart on the lawn
Built for expense reports
Every quote itemizes per-guest lines, staffing hourlys, travel, 20% service, and GET up to 4.7120% as separate lines — the format corporate accounting actually asks for. The written quote is the confirmed total; the invoice matches it.
Logistics at villas and resorts
Villa buyouts are our ground; resort ballrooms are the resorts’. For groups split across a Wailea or Kāʻanapali property cluster, we coordinate load-in and timing with your planner or office manager directly.
Questions, answered
Yes — the written quote and final invoice carry the same itemized lines, which satisfies most finance workflows. Payment terms are stated in the quote.
Seventy-five staffed. Larger groups are a written exception assessed on kitchen and crew reality, quoted rather than implied.
