Some gatherings should not carry a sales pitch. For celebrations of life we keep it simple: calm service, clear written numbers, and a family that does not have to think about the food.
How we approach it
One point of contact, one written quote, service that stays out of the way. Family-style and buffet formats suit the day — people eat when they are ready, not when a seating chart says so.
Practical matters
We serve homes, estates, and private venues across the island, including resident gatherings in Kīhei, Upcountry, and the West Maui corridor. Lead time can be short; tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can crew it.
The numbers, without ceremony
The same published lines apply: per-guest pricing by format, staffing at $55/$75 hourlys, 20% service and GET on their own lines. The written quote is the confirmed total, so nothing about the day surprises anyone.
Questions, answered
Often, yes — tell us the date and headcount and we will give you a straight answer within a day. If we cannot crew it properly, we say so rather than stretch.
Family-style and buffet, mostly — food that lets people move, talk, and eat in their own time. We keep service quiet and the kitchen invisible.
