Menus
The holiday table, Maui edition.
The December villa week deserves a holiday table that respects both traditions: the full roast-bird spread, or the Maui version built on local catch and canoe crops. Both ship inside the published per-guest lines.
The two tables
- The traditional — roast bird, the sides your family would riot without, the pies
- The Maui version — whole roasted fish, taro and ʻulu sides, lilikoi everything
- The hybrid most families land on by day three
The window
December 22 through January 1 is the island’s most compressed booking window of the year — villas fill, and so does our calendar. Any holiday surcharges publish ahead of the season on the peak-calendar page; nothing gets invented in a quote.
Booking
The 50% deposit holds the date once the written quote is in hand — and only then. An inquiry alone does not hold Christmas.
Questions, answered
Months, not weeks — the December window is the first to fill every year. The written quote plus deposit is what holds the date.
Yes — staffed family-style service for up to 75, scaled at the published hourlys, in any villa whose kitchen passes the gate.

Get a written quote
The button is not “Book now.” You tell us the table; we send a written quote — and that quote is the confirmed total.
