Menus
Mornings, catered.
The morning menu family: villa brunches, bridal-morning spreads, and the wedding week’s recovery brunch. Island fruit, eggs and ʻulu hash, house pastries, and coffee that keeps coming.
The spread
- Island fruit boards — mango, papaya, lilikoi, whatever the market had
- Hot line: eggs any style, ʻulu hash, taro pancakes
- House pastries and malasada-adjacent sweets
- Coffee program, juices, and your bottles if mimosas are the plan
The three bookings
The villa brunch for the whole house; the bridal morning that feeds the getting-ready hours; the recovery brunch that closes the wedding week. All three run per-guest within published lines plus staffing.
Timing
Service windows typically run 8:30 to noon. Bridal mornings flex to the ceremony clock — the quote carries the real schedule.
