The South Maui corridor holds the island’s densest wedding-venue cluster — Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, Andaz, Fairmont Kea Lani, Hotel Wailea, Kukahiko Estate — ringed by the villa stock where the week’s other meals happen.
How the corridor splits
Resort venues run their own ballrooms and F&B programs. Our ground is the layer around them: villa welcome dinners, estate receptions at Kukahiko, recovery brunches at the rental house. Most corridor weddings are hybrids — the resort takes the ceremony lawn, we take everything with a kitchen.

- Hotel Wailea — adults-only, Relais & Châteaux; the Treehouse runs its own private-chef dinners
- The resort cluster — F&B minimums $7,500–$15,000 per event are the ballroom norm
- Makena Cove — DLNR-permitted ceremony sand, ~20-person cap, no structures
The corridor advantage
Everything is fifteen minutes apart: the ceremony, the villa, the estate, the brunch. Guests never lose an hour to a shuttle; the crew never loses an hour to a load-in across the island. South Maui’s dry microclimate keeps the weather-backup conversation short.

Their ballrooms and lawns run in-house F&B with minimums. We cater the surrounding week — villa dinners, estate receptions, brunches — which is where most of the week’s meals happen anyway.
