Menus
Family-style: the format Maui was built for.
Platters down the middle of a long lānai table — the format that turns twenty people into one dinner party. Family-style runs inside the published $150–$250 per-guest band.
What lands on the table
- Big salads built on Kula greens and island fruit
- Grilled and roasted proteins — the day’s catch, Maui-raised meats
- Canoe-crop sides: taro, ʻulu, sweet potato done properly
- Dessert platters with a lilikoi anchor
Where it shines
Welcome dinners, family reunions, and any night where the point is each other. Family-style feeds faster than plated and loosens a room better — the first night of a wedding week almost always runs this way.
Service and staffing
Platters need hands: roughly one server per 14–16 guests at $55/hr. The quote sizes the crew to the table.
Questions, answered
The per-guest band is the same — the difference is rhythm, not price. Staffing runs slightly lighter, which the quote reflects.
Yes — flagged platters are labeled and placed deliberately, so the vegan dishes reach the vegan guests first.
