Menus
The villa grill, run by someone who knows fire.
Every Maui villa has a grill; almost none of them get used properly. The grill format puts a chef on yours — live-fire fish, marinated meats, charred canoe-crop sides, family-style service.
The menu shape
- Grilled day-boat fish with lilikoi butter
- Marinated and smoked meats, sliced at the board
- Charred ʻulu, sweet potato, and Upcountry vegetables
- Big salads and grilled-fruit desserts
Where it fits
The casual anchor night: welcome dinners, reunion evenings, the night the teenagers outnumber everyone. Grill service reads relaxed and eats seriously — the most requested family format we run.
Practical notes
We run the villa’s grill or bring equipment where the quote calls for it. Condo-complex grill rules vary by property — confirmed at inquiry, along with everything else.
Questions, answered
It sits inside the same $150–$250 band — casual in format, not in sourcing. The savings show up in staffing lightness, which the quote reflects.
Yes — whole grilled catch is the format’s centerpiece when the boats cooperate, and the menu call decides it a day out.
