The cleanup standard: cleaner than we found it.
The promise is specific: the kitchen is left cleaner than the chef found it. This is what that actually covers, written down so the quote can hold us to it.
What cleanup includes
- All cooking equipment, pots, and tools washed and put away
- Counters and surfaces cleaned and reset
- Dishes from the meal handled per the villa’s setup
- Trash and recycling out; floors swept where service touched them
When it happens
Continuously. A professional kitchen resets as it runs — between courses, not after midnight. By the time dessert lands, most of the evidence is already gone.
For events and estates
Staffed events end with a full reset: kitchen, service areas, and rentals stacked for pickup. Estate venues rebook vendors they trust — our cleanup standard is partly how we stay on the lists that matter.
Questions, answered
A clear counter and an empty-ish sink is plenty. The kitchen gate cares about equipment, not tidiness.
Our reset meets villa-manager standards — we work with managers across Wailea and Kapalua routinely, and the kitchen is not the thing your deposit worries about.
