Kapalua is Maui’s destination-wedding summit: the Ritz-Carlton’s 54 acres of lawns and lava points, Montage’s residences, Merriman’s oceanfront, and the Cliff House. The villa stock around them is where we cook.

Where we fit
Resort programming covers the ballroom hours — the Ritz literally markets welcome parties and farewell brunches. Our product is the same week on private ground: the ridge-villa welcome dinner, the rehearsal in a Montage residence kitchen, the brunch nobody has to dress for.
The Kapalua details
Base zone — no travel line this far north. Evenings run cooler than Wailea’s, so coursing and blankets plan accordingly. Winter weddings get the whales as uninvited but welcome entertainment.
Questions, answered
Their event spaces run in-house F&B. We serve the residences and private venues around them — and for wedding weeks split across both, one contract covers our half.
April through October runs driest; winter brings passing showers and whale season. Every outdoor plan we quote names a covered backup.
