Wedding-week food lines start from $150 a guest plus staffing — servers $55/hr, sous chefs $75/hr, four-hour floors. 20% service and Hawaiʻi GET up to 4.7120% appear on their own lines. There is no F&B minimum because there is no ballroom: the villa is yours.

A 60-guest wedding week — welcome dinner, rehearsal, reception, recovery brunch — totals $31,500 in food lines on published rates. The same meals inside resort F&B programs start with $30,000–$60,000 in minimums before a single plate is chosen.
How to read any Maui catering quote
Ask three questions of every quote, ours included: Is service itemized, and at what percent? Is GET on its own line? What is the deposit, and what happens if we cancel? A caterer who answers all three in writing is safe; the rest is negotiation.
