Weddings
Upcountry and North Shore: the garden weddings.
The garden route — Haiku Mill’s overgrown-ruin romance, Hui Noʻeau’s grounds, Maui Pineapple Chapel, private Kula estates — trades beach sunsets for wisteria and farm air. The food gets more local the higher you climb.
Haiku Mill, decoded
Haiku Mill publishes venue rates from $2,500 for elopements to $10,500 for a full Saturday, plus production fees and a required tent above 22 guests. Its preferred-vendor list gates catering — vendors not on it carry a $650 outside-vendor fee. We tell you which applies before you sign, and we work with your planner either way.
The garden menu
Upcountry is the farm belt: Kula greens, onions, strawberries, and the canoe crops at their source. Menus up here lean into it — the sourcing story stops being marketing and becomes a ten-minute drive.
The logistics, named
- Upcountry travel from $75; Pāʻia/Haʻikū quoted at inquiry with the reason
- Cooler evenings — hot-first coursing and heater coordination
- Rain is real on the North Shore; every quote names the covered backup
Questions, answered
Venue rates run $2,500–$10,500 by day and format, plus production and tent fees; add the $650 outside-vendor fee if we are not on the list, and our published per-guest lines from $150. Your written quote shows all of it.
Not too wet — honestly wetter. Haiku Mill’s required tent above 22 guests exists for a reason. We plan menus and service around the cover the venue provides.
