Wailea concentrates Maui’s densest wedding-venue cluster — Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, Andaz, Fairmont Kea Lani, Hotel Wailea — and the villa stock around them. We cater the estate and villa side of that week: the meals the resort ballroom does not own.
The numbers, against the corridor’s norms
Maui’s published catering norms run $80–$120 a head buffet and $120–$200 plated with 18–22% service charges; resort F&B minimums run $7,500–$15,000 per event with 23–25% service. Our lines start at $150 a guest with 20% service on its own line and no F&B minimum.
Capacity and staffing
Receptions run 30–75 guests staffed — one server per 10–12 at $55/hr, sous chefs at $75/hr, four-hour floors. Over 75 is a written exception, quoted, never implied.

Resort ballrooms are the resorts’ own F&B territory. We cater villas, residences, estates, and private venues — which is where most Wailea wedding-week meals actually happen anyway.
