Maui’s retreat market has exactly one established culinary incumbent and no published multi-day pricing anywhere. Retreat catering here is a named product: one contract, every meal, protocol-labeled menus, per-person pricing in writing.
The retreat table
Three to seven days, eight to thirty guests, three meals a day plus the snack table that never empties. Breakfast anchor, working lunch, dinner as the day’s exhale — priced per person per day in the written quote, groceries at cost with receipts.

Where retreats actually happen
The Haʻikū–Pāʻia wellness corridor, Upcountry estates, and the occasional Wailea villa buyout. Pāʻia and Haʻikū are quoted at inquiry — the drive and provisioning pattern is different up there and the quote says why.
Questions, answered
Yes — that is the norm, not the edge case. Protocols are collected in advance, menus are labeled per meal, and allergens get separate prep.
