The bar cart, priced. The alcohol, honestly not ours to sell.
The packaged cart is a published product: from $800 for a four-hour event — cart, tools, house mixers, garnish program, and service. The alcohol itself is client-supplied or arranged through a licensed bartending referral. We do not sell alcohol.
What the package includes
- The cart, ice program, tools, glassware coordination
- House mixers, shrubs, and a garnish program built on Maui citrus and lilikoi
- A written drink menu agreed before the event
- Service within the four-hour floor; extensions quoted
The alcohol posture — read this part
Hawaiʻi liquor licensing sits with county commissions, and Maui County’s rules are the state’s most specific. Our posture: you or your venue supply the alcohol, or we refer you to a licensed bartending company. Whether a private chef may pour client-supplied alcohol at your event type is flagged REQUIRES LEGAL VERIFICATION per county rule — the written quote states the compliant setup for your event rather than guessing.
Where the cart works
Estate receptions, villa parties, welcome dinners, and recovery brunches — anywhere with level ground and a host who would rather not run a cooler line. The cart pairs with staffed service: servers $55/hr, four-hour floor.
Questions, answered
No — we do not sell alcohol. You supply it, or we refer you to a licensed bartending company; the quote states the compliant setup for your venue and event type. Maui County’s licensing rules are the state’s most specific, and we follow them rather than improvise.
From $800 per four-hour package, plus your alcohol and any staffing. It appears on the written quote as its own line, with 20% service and GET itemized as always.
