How the math works
- Base line: guests × the per-guest band for your service
- Staffing line: servers at $55/hr, sous at $75/hr, four-hour floors
- Travel line: your zone — base, Upcountry from $75, or quoted at inquiry
- Then + 20% service and + GET up to 4.7120%, each on its own line
Quote-only zones
Pāʻia and Haʻikū return “quoted at inquiry” instead of a number — not coyness, but honesty: the drive and provisioning pattern varies by event, and a fake precision would cost you money.
From estimate to quote
