Servers who have run a pass, not just carried a tray.
Servers are $55 an hour with a four-hour floor, scaled one per ten to twelve guests for plated service. They arrive before guests, run the room, and leave the villa reset.
What the hourly buys
- Pre-service setup: tableware, water program, station checks
- Service: coursing, clearing, wine top-ups of client-supplied bottles
- The reset: kitchen and dining returned to the state we found them
How many you need
Plated dinners: one per 10–12 guests. Family-style: one per 14–16. Passed pūpū programs: one per 10 with tighter timing. The written quote does this math for your event instead of leaving you to guess.
Pairing with the kitchen
Servers work under the chef’s run of show. On wedding weeks the same crew follows you from welcome dinner to recovery brunch — faces your family already knows by day three.
Questions, answered
Yes — each booked server carries a four-hour minimum at $55/hr. Longer events extend in hourly increments on the same line.
They pour client-supplied wine at the table within the compliant setup the quote states. A dedicated bar program runs through the packaged cart or a licensed bartending referral.
