Lahaina town is rebuilding after August 2023. This page exists because the search term persists — not because we market the town as a dining destination. Here is the honest picture and where we actually cook.
Where we cook
Our West Maui service centers the resort corridors: Kāʻanapali and the condo belt through Nāpili up to the Kapalua ridge. If your rental carries a Lahaina mailing address — much of Kāʻanapali does — that is base-zone service as normal.
Our posture
We buy from Maui farmers, fishers, and ranchers first. We book direct, tip well, and encourage guests to do the same. And we do not run imagery or copy that aestheticizes the fire zone — recovery is not a backdrop.
Questions, answered
Yes — the resort corridors are open and community leaders welcome respectful visitors. Stay in designated areas, support local businesses, and give the rebuilding town its privacy.
Most Kāʻanapali-to-Kapalua addresses carry a Lahaina mailing designation; that corridor is base-zone service. We do not market Lahaina town itself as a destination.
